LHH is seeking a Leave Management Specialist for a long-term contract role with our client. This role focuses on managing leave cases, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless associate experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing leave cases in Salesforce and updating HR systems such as Workday.

  • Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with regulations.

  • Communicating with associates about leave policies and pay.

  • Supporting audits, reporting, and SLA tracking.

  • Coordinating with external HR vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leave administration or HR operations.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and HRIS tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks and improve processes.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
