LHH is seeking a Leave Management Specialist for a long-term contract role with our client. This role focuses on managing leave cases, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless associate experience.
Responsibilities include:
Managing leave cases in Salesforce and updating HR systems such as Workday.
Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Communicating with associates about leave policies and pay.
Supporting audits, reporting, and SLA tracking.
Coordinating with external HR vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Experience in leave administration or HR operations.
Proficiency with Salesforce and HRIS tools.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume tasks and improve processes.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
