LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Collections Specialist position open with our client in Riverview, FL. This is an onsite, contract to hire role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform collections for assigned accounts

  • Meet collection goals

  • Perform account reconciliations

  • Maintain AR aging

  • Research payment/billing discrepancies and unapplied payments

Experience

  • Minimum of two years of B2B Collections experience required

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Effective customer service, communication, research, mathematical and organizational skills

  • Prior knowledge of accounting software a plus

Work Hours/Pay Rate

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week

  • $20-23/hr.
