Responsibilities
Perform collections for assigned accounts
Meet collection goals
Perform account reconciliations
Maintain AR aging
Research payment/billing discrepancies and unapplied payments
Experience
Minimum of two years of B2B Collections experience required
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge/Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Effective customer service, communication, research, mathematical and organizational skills
Prior knowledge of accounting software a plus
Work Hours/Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$20-23/hr.
