Position Details
- Title: HR Generalist
- Type: Direct Hire
- Location: 100% Onsite
- Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually
Join a growing team as a versatile HR Generalist, responsible for supporting the full scope of human resources operations. This role plays a key part in fostering employee engagement, managing performance processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. We’re looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally. Must have strong employee relations skills, benefits administration experience, and familiarity with Paychex.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/disability), and performance cycle
- Oversee performance management and talent development initiatives
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes
- Maintain HRIS records with precision and accuracy
- Draft and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR or related field)
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
- 5–10 years of HR Generalist experience required
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and training
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paychex, Workday, ADP, SAP)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Team-oriented and solution-focused approach
