LHH is working with a manufacturing client based in the Greater Detroit Area that is looking to hire an Oracle EBS Business Analyst to join their for a Direct Hire position. The role will require 100% onsite.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience working as a Business Analyst or Applications Lead and MUST have a strong background in Oracle ERP (ideally Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS)), Requirements Gathering, and Stakeholder engagement.

Our client is looking for someone local to the Detroit area who is open to 100% onsite or someone who is non-local and wishes to relocate (our client will pay relocation expenses). Candidates MUST be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder as our client can not sponsor at this time.

Our client based in the Greater Detroit area is seeking a seasoned IT Business Applications Lead/Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in aligning business operations with technology—enhancing systems, driving process improvements, and supporting critical enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize business performance through technology and information systems.

  • Provide expert support for business applications such as Oracle ERP, Loftware label printing, EDI processing, and custom-developed tools.

  • Develop and execute ad-hoc SQL queries and custom reports to support business users.

  • Support end-user PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, etc.) and ensure smooth functionality across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement enhancements or new modules for current and future applications.

  • Lead or participate in IT and business transformation projects.

  • Document application procedures and train users to ensure compliance and consistency.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and pursue relevant training and professional development.

  • Contribute to the improvement and documentation of IT standards and general computer control practices.

  • Partner with internal IT teams to deliver exceptional customer support and maintain high service quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.

  • 15+ years of progressive IT experience in Oracle ERP/CRM/Financials environments, preferably within automotive OEM or tiered manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business process flows: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, demand-to-build, financials, and planning.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle R12.2, including at least two full lifecycle implementations and ongoing production support.

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Financials (AP, AR, PO, GL, CM, FA, iProcurement, iSupplier) and/or Supply Chain modules (OM, INV, PLM, BOM, WIP, SCP, ASCP, PA, QA, QP, WSH, MWA, RLM).

  • Proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.x).

  • Experience configuring and managing EDI transactions for customers and suppliers within Oracle.

  • Skilled in AIM methodology and requirements design for RICE components.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
