🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the accounting team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while keeping records clean and organized.

• Make Payments Happen: Process vendor payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers—always following internal policies and approval workflows.

• Be a Go‑To Resource: Support vendor inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and help with conversations around payment terms.

• Keep Accounts Clean: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable activity and quickly spot (and fix) variances.

• Invoice Mastery: Review, code, and enter invoices using the correct G/L codes across multiple vendors and entities.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• At least 1 year of hands‑on accounts payable experience or a closely related accounting role.

• Working knowledge of accounting systems (including QuickBooks) and solid Excel skills.

• Strong understanding of AP fundamentals with excellent attention to detail.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

• Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with others and solving problems.
