🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the accounting team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while keeping records clean and organized.
Make Payments Happen: Process vendor payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers—always following internal policies and approval workflows.
Be a Go‑To Resource: Support vendor inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and help with conversations around payment terms.
Keep Accounts Clean: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable activity and quickly spot (and fix) variances.
Invoice Mastery: Review, code, and enter invoices using the correct G/L codes across multiple vendors and entities.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
At least 1 year of hands‑on accounts payable experience or a closely related accounting role.
Working knowledge of accounting systems (including QuickBooks) and solid Excel skills.
Strong understanding of AP fundamentals with excellent attention to detail.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with others and solving problems.
