Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (Contract)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Work Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Contract Duration: 4-6months (with potential extension)
Position Summary:
LHH is in search of a skilled Salesforce Administrator for a on-site contract role with a non-profit client of ours in the Sacramento Area. The Salesforce Administrator will act as the bridge between our nonprofit’s operational needs and Salesforce capabilities. This role involves gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, managing data integrity, and supporting end-users to maximize adoption and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into Salesforce-specific requirements.
System Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports to meet organizational goals.
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, perform data imports/exports, and maintain data hygiene.
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements leveraging Salesforce features.
Testing & Deployment: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee feature releases.
Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to staff for effective Salesforce use.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3–7 years as a Salesforce Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in nonprofit or similar mission-driven organizations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, reports).
Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader).
Knowledge of nonprofit workflows, donor management, and fundraising processes.
Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Compensation: $40-50/hr
