Job Title: Digital Application Analyst III – Lawson
Location: Remote (Preference for West Coast time zone)
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8 hours)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract


Overview

The Digital Application Analyst III supports and maintains the Lawson V10 ERP system (on-prem, DB2, Unix environment) and integrated third-party applications. This position combines technical and functional expertise, configuring, troubleshooting, and documenting Lawson systems while translating business needs into clear integration requirements for development teams. The role requires an independent, proactive professional who thrives in collaborative, enterprise-scale environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Implement, support, and lead integrated solutions managed by the Information Services (IS) team.

  • Provide expert technical and functional support for Lawson V10 and related systems, including MHC Document Express and Landmark IPA.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve failed work units and application issues; perform root-cause analysis to ensure system stability.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational processes into system and integration requirements (no direct coding required).

  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, runbooks, and training materials.

  • Contribute to problem-management activities and mentor junior analysts on best practices.


    Required Experience


  • Hands-on experience with Lawson V10 (on-prem, DB2, Unix); must have prior experience supporting this environment.

  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes in finance and supply chain functions.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a Level 3 analyst capacity while integrating within a collaborative team environment.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and configuration experience in legacy ERP systems.

  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills.


    Preferred Experience


  • Familiarity with MHC Document Express and Landmark IPA.

  • Prior experience in healthcare or large enterprise ERP environments.



Pay Details: $55.00 to $64.00 per hour
