LHH is seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to enhance our client's customer relationship management initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing CRM systems to support business operations and drive customer success. Responsibilities:



  • Manage the daily operations of our CRM platform, ensuring its optimal performance and accessibility for all users.


  • Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the company’s specific needs, including workflow, user roles, dashboard, and report customizations.


  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate CRM with other systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.


  • Train new CRM users and provide ongoing training for existing users to enhance their proficiency and adoption of new features.


  • Maintain data quality within the CRM system, conducting regular audits and clean-ups to ensure data accuracy and integrity.


  • Develop and implement security measures to safeguard CRM data.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CRM system, providing timely and effective solutions.


  • Generate and analyze reports on CRM data to inform business decisions and improve customer engagement strategies.


  • Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies, making recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


Employment type: contract (6 months, likely to extend or could convert to FTE for the right candidate)

Hours: 40 per week
