Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm

Type: Contract 3-6 months

Pay range: $22/hour

We are seeking a highly organized and computer-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience handling high call volumes in a contact center setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process incoming loan inquiries and applications

  • Manage high volumes of calls while maintaining excellent customer service

  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to update and track loan information

  • Support consumer loan processing (preferred over mortgage-only experience)

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams

  • Perform administrative tasks related to loan documentation and follow-up

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a contact center or loan processing environment

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills

  • Proficient with computers and loan management systems

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
