Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm
Type: Contract 3-6 months
Pay range: $22/hour
We are seeking a highly organized and computer-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience handling high call volumes in a contact center setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process incoming loan inquiries and applications
Manage high volumes of calls while maintaining excellent customer service
Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to update and track loan information
Support consumer loan processing (preferred over mortgage-only experience)
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
Perform administrative tasks related to loan documentation and follow-up
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a contact center or loan processing environment
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Proficient with computers and loan management systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
