Are you looking for an accounting job with a company that’s willing to train and help develop you as a professional? LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Entry Level Accounting Assistant job for the office located in Sacramento, CA. The job is 100% in-office! The right candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and some professional experience in an accounting role but looking to start and build a career. You will work within the accounting department and be responsible for processing reimbursements to the staff, data entry within the system using the proprietary software, verify and audit accounting records, provide accounting clerical support to the Finance Manager and CFO, and work on any other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting would be required
- Accounting experience preferred (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting)
- Able to follow directions, comfortable asking questions, diligent
- Attention to detail, hardworking, and organized
- Good communications (verbal & written)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Experience: Entry Level Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant)
