LHH, in partnership with a leading company in Sacramento, CA, is seeking an immediate hire for a HelpDesk Technician role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic IT team on a contract-to-hire basis.
About the Role:
We are urgently looking for a skilled HelpDesk Technician to support our client's IT operations. This role is vital to maintaining seamless technical support for the company's staff, especially during a period of increased demand.
Position: HelpDesk Technician Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite) Employment type: Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in a 90% Mac environment.
- Utilize JAMF for efficient device management.
- Support Microsoft Office, Office365, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Perform general desktop support and helpdesk tasks, focusing on Tier 1 support.
Team Structure:
- Join a dedicated team consisting of one help desk technician, one system administrator, and the IT Director.
- Support approximately 250 users within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Mac systems.
- Proficiency with JAMF, Microsoft Office, Office365, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Preferred but not required: A+ or Apple certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Work Schedule:
- Onsite presence required Monday through Friday.
