Job Title: Office Support Coordinator
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23 – $25 per hour

Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable and personable Office Support Coordinator to join a fast-paced and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to a variety of personalities and working styles.
In this front-facing role, you’ll provide essential support to office staff, including agents and property managers, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has experience in customer-facing administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route phone calls, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling
Support multiple team members with general administrative tasks
Utilize Google Suite/Google Workspace to manage documents and communications
Assist with light social media tasks and online postings as needed
Ensure office supplies and materials are organized and stocked
Handle mileage logs and assist in tracking office performance data
Provide support for a team with varied and strong personalities
Requirements:
2–3 years of steady administrative or office support experience
Strong customer service mindset and face-to-face client interaction experience
Proficiency in Google Suite / Google Workspace
Comfortable working with different personality types and adapting to team needs
Valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided for applicable duties)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule
Experience in mortgage, medical, or legal industries is a plus
Candidates currently in school or with less than 2 years of consistent experience may not be a fit for this role
