LHH is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts within a regulated financial services environment. This fully onsite, 3-month temporary role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while building short- and long-term candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-focused setting.

Employment Type: Temporary (3-Month Assignment)

Work Schedule: Fully Onsite

Pay Rate: $30–$38 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess candidate applications and resumes to determine alignment with open roles

  • Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through cold calling, social media, job boards, and networking

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring needs

  • Promote job opportunities through social media and recruiting platforms

  • Schedule and lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and screening criteria

  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and fit

  • Present well-vetted candidate slates with clear recommendations

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with internal and external candidates regarding application status

  • Coordinate interview logistics and support a positive candidate experience

  • Research labor market and industry trends to inform sourcing and hiring strategies

  • Identify recruiting opportunities through professional organizations, job boards, and educational institutions

  • Create presentations and reports using recruiting metrics, market data, and trend analysis

  • Recommend strategy adjustments based on data-driven insights

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to supported departments

  • Influence hiring decisions and recommend changes to improve recruiting outcomes

  • Initiate and participate in recruiting process improvement projects

  • Share best practices, challenges, and solutions with HR and recruiting peers

  • Mentor others and support change initiatives as needed

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws

  • Adhere to compliance requirements relevant to financial institutions, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines, as applicable

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment

  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders and navigating complex hiring situations

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office



Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
