Job Title: Manager – Talent Acquisition
Location: Sacramento, CA (On-Site)
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategic hiring initiatives and shape the future of our workforce. This role is responsible for driving innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring an inclusive and efficient hiring process, and supporting long-term organizational goals through thoughtful recruitment planning and pipeline development.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work cross-functionally with internal departments to align recruitment practices with broader HR strategies, contribute to succession planning, and champion a positive candidate and employee experience. You’ll also lead a team of recruiters, building a culture of service, accountability, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with employment laws.
Build and maintain talent pipelines focused on future workforce needs and internal mobility.
Use data and hiring metrics to drive decisions, improve strategy, and monitor recruiting performance.
Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
Collaborate with local organizations, educational institutions, and community partners to enhance talent sourcing efforts.
Lead, coach, and mentor a recruitment team, fostering professional growth and performance excellence.
Leverage recruiting platforms, social media, and emerging technology to attract and engage top talent.
Ensure recruitment KPIs, service levels, and process improvements are consistently met and communicated.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
8–10 years of progressive recruiting experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead recruiting teams, deliver strategic talent plans, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and HRIS (Dayforce preferred).
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Digital fluency and a proactive mindset to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
