Talent Acquisition Partner I
Hybrid: Sacramento, CA
Position Summary
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of Branch and back-office roles, ensuring high-quality, diverse talent acquisition. This role partners closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, source and engage candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess resumes and applications for role alignment and qualifications
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Source and engage passive candidates through outreach, networking, and cold calling
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring leaders
Promote open roles via job boards and social media platforms
Research labor market trends and provide hiring insights and recommendations
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support recruiting process improvements and best practice initiatives
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment and credit union regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of recruiting experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
AIRS Certification
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary office role with occasional movement
Minimal local and statewide travel as needed
