Talent Acquisition Partner II
Hybrid: Sacramento, CA
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner II is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of Branch and back-office positions, ensuring high-quality, equitable hiring outcomes. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop talent strategies, build proactive pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong sourcing expertise, relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence hiring decisions using data and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate applications and resumes to assess qualifications and role alignment
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through networking, research, and cold outreach
Partner with leaders to conduct intake meetings, develop screening criteria, and present well-qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through the recruitment process
Promote job opportunities through social media and employer branding initiatives
Research labor market trends and recruiting best practices to support hiring strategies
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on requisition status and candidate activity
Develop presentations and insights using hiring data and market research
Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and participate in department initiatives
Mentor peers and support change initiatives within the recruiting function
Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and credit union regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex hiring scenarios
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary office role with frequent computer and phone use
Effective verbal and written communication required
Occasional movement throughout the workday
Minimal local and statewide travel as needed
