Job Title: Administrative Executive Assistant

Location: Carmel Valley, CA


Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire


Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (DOE)


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Executive Assistant to support a senior-level executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in beautiful Carmel Valley. This direct hire position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing and respected organization.


As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and acting as a trusted partner to the executive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of juggling multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts

  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports

  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and special projects

  • Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion

  • Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively manage priorities

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of executive support experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools

  • Excellent judgment, time management, and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually DOE
