AP/AR Accountant Job in Vista, CA

LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Accountant Job in Vista, CA. We have worked with this company and Controller for quite some time and they’re hoping to add strong talent to their team immediately! The environment is very nice and friendly, and they also offer and encourage an early work day schedule. Pay for this position is between $52,000 to $65,000 per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP/AR ACCOUNTANT JOB

· High volume invoice processing (2 and 3-way match)

· Investigate discrepancies with vendors; ensure timely payment

· Process bank reconciliations and payments

· Assist with month-end close and financial statement preparation

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of three full years of progressive accounting experience

· Strong AP and AR background

· ERP software knowledge, such as Netsuite or SAP

· Strong attention to detail and work ethic
