Responsibilities of this direct hire AP Specialist career opportunity include:
Sole contributor processing all AP invoices
Manage biweekly check runs to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain vendor information, including W-9s, ensuring compliance
Handle sales/property tax across multiple properties
Assist with year-end 1099s to support closing activities
Minimum requirements:
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player who works well with others
