Responsibilities of this direct hire AP Specialist career opportunity include:

  • Sole contributor processing all AP invoices

  • Manage biweekly check runs to keep operations running smoothly

  • Maintain vendor information, including W-9s, ensuring compliance

  • Handle sales/property tax across multiple properties

  • Assist with year-end 1099s to support closing activities

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

  • Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a problem-solving mindset

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player who works well with others
