Job Title: Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English)

Location: Miramar, San Diego



LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our client’s team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is fluent in both Spanish and English and enjoys providing administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry, reporting, and maintaining spreadsheets.



The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company while supporting a diverse workforce.



Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department

  • Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with employees, candidates, and leadership

  • Prepare reports, trackers, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office, with strong use of Excel

  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy across all systems

  • Coordinate with different departments and internal teams as needed

  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy across HR systems

  • Assist with payroll processing, including timecard review, data entry, and resolving discrepancies

  • Support payroll submissions by tracking hours, attendance, and employee changes

  • Coordinate with payroll providers or internal payroll teams as needed

  • Respond to HR and payroll-related inquiries and route issues appropriately


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

  • 1+ year of administrative, experience preferred but not required

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work independently


Additional Details:

  • Located in Miramar, San Diego

  • Contract to hire role

  • Compensation: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

  • Onsite
