LHH has partnered with a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality group located in beautiful San Diego seeking an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to assist their team. We are looking for dedicated individuals to help maintain their high standards of administrative efficiency and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have previous HR, recruiting or talent acquisition experience and bilingual in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Human Resources department with recruiting and administrative tasks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to schedule interviews
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications to support hiring decisions
- Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Provide excellent customer service to diverse population of employees
- Handle verification of employment requests
- Answer phones and manage general inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous HR or Recruiting experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in Hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work in a busy environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer service and administrative tasks
Additional Details:
- Location: San Diego, CA- 92109
- Pay: $27-$30/hour based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday in office
- Duration: Contract for 3 months, with potential for extension but not guaranteed
- Work in a beautiful office with a friendly and supportive team
