LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Certified Payroll Specialist position in Encinitas, CA. This client is very motivated to find someone who loves the construction/service industry and who are also looking to grow! Qualified candidates will have minimum of 2 years of experience surrounding Certified Payroll, and ideally experience with accounting as well. This opportunity offers full benefits, with a flex schedule option and pay is between $55,000 to $70,000, annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CERTIFIED PAYROLL SPECIALIST JOB

• Process payroll for multi-state employees – heavy data entry

• Review all Certified Payroll reports

• Help process changes and track info via LCPtracker

• Assist with Accounting and HR duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideally two year of Construction Payroll experience

• Experience with QuickBooks, Prism, DIR is a plus

• Ability to collaborate with Manager and Accounting personnel

• Organized, energetic, accurate and detail oriented
