Now Hiring: Collections / Customer Service Representative in San Diego, CA

Pay: $24–$25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Length: Temporary (3+ months)

We’re seeking a dependable Collections/Customer Service Representative to support a high volume environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, experience handling delinquent accounts, and the ability to navigate customer conversations with professionalism and tact. This role is great for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to account inquiries and past-due balances
  • Provide excellent customer service while discussing payment arrangements and account resolution
  • Research and update account information in the company’s ERP system
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately
  • Process payments, verify account details, and follow up on outstanding items
  • Support the team with additional administrative or account related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of collections, AR, or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (required)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a high call volume and maintain professionalism
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
