LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our client’s team and become a pivotal point of contact for patients seeking healthcare information and assistance. In this role, you will handle inbound calls with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and directing calls to appropriate healthcare professionals or departments.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly to incoming calls from patients and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointments, and general inquiries


  • Verify and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations


  • Assist patients in navigating healthcare processes, including appointment scheduling, referrals, and insurance-related queries


  • Resolve patient concerns or issues, escalating complex matters when necessary, and maintain detailed documentation of interactions


  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication



Requirements:



  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude


  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, office administration or a call center environment


  • Confident in using computer systems


  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment


  • Prior experience in a healthcare-related role or customer service position is a plus



Working Hours:



  • Monday-Friday


  • 40 hours per week


  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


  • No overtime
