LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our client’s team in Carmel Valley. As an integral part of their pharmaceutical company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and vendor coordination


  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency


  • Serve as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors


  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements


  • Support HR functions, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records


  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve workflow


  • Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations


  • Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed



Qualifications:



  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager and/or administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software


  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred but not required



Working Hours:



  • 40 hours per week


  • Full-time


  • Onsite


  • Monday – Friday


  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST
