Their dynamic team is committed to excellence and innovation, and they are looking for a long-term Office Manager to join the team and support their continued growth! Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking hotels and flights.
  • Plan and organize events, including ordering lunch and booking meeting rooms.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports and documents as needed.
  • Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for information, ensuring proper flow and security.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
Additional Details:
  • Salary: $55,000-$75,000/yearly salary (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsite
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, standard office hours
  • Duration: Direct Hire
