- Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking hotels and flights.
- Plan and organize events, including ordering lunch and booking meeting rooms.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare reports and documents as needed.
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Act as a gatekeeper for information, ensuring proper flow and security.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Salary: $55,000-$75,000/yearly salary (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsite
- Hours: 40 hours per week, standard office hours
- Duration: Direct Hire
