LHH is working with a growing Boutique Law Firm in San Diego on a contract Litigation Paralegal position.
Location: San Diego, CA
Position Type: Contract, Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite), Full-Time
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour
A San Diego-based law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a 3-month contract assignment. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong experience supporting litigation teams in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case management from pre-litigation through trial
Prepare, organize, and maintain trial and deposition exhibits
Handle state and federal court e-filing procedures accurately and efficiently
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and discovery
Maintain and organize case files and calendars
Coordinate with outside vendors, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
Requirements:
Paralegal Certificate required
Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
Proficient in e-filing in state and federal courts
Skilled in trial and deposition exhibit preparation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting
Pay Details: $32.00 to $45.00 per hour
