Part-Time Customer Service position in La Jolla, CA
A well-regarded hospitality company in La Jolla, CA is seeking a warm and professional Customer Service team member to support their concierge desk. This is a part-time contract role through at least the end of the year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Schedule & Compensation:
2 days/week, with Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred (some flexibility available)
9:00am–5:30pm
$20–$23/hour, based on experience
Fully onsite in La Jolla, CA
Contract through end of year, with potential extension
Key Responsibilities:
Staff the concierge desk and serve as the first point of contact for members and guests
Answer phone calls and assist with questions about services, reservations, and amenities
Greet and assist guests in person with professionalism and warmth
Provide general office administrative support including scheduling, filing, and data entry
Coordinate service requests and communicate with internal departments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Ensure a welcoming and helpful environment for all visitors
Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or reservation systems a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
