Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Contract)
Location: La Jolla, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in La Jolla, San Diego. This is a contract role through the end of the year, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. The position requires working two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and management
Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating office activities
Handle data entry, maintain records, and update internal databases
Support basic accounting or billing tasks as needed
Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, efficient workspace
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Position Details:
Location: La Jolla, CA
Type: Contract role until the end of the year
Schedule: Part-time, on-site, 2 days a week- Tuesday & Thursday 9am-5:30pm PST (open to other days during the week)
Compensation: $20-$23 per hour DOE
