Job Title: Part-Time Member Services Representative

Location: Kearny Mesa, CA


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM


We are currently seeking a personable and dependable Member Services Representative to join our team in Kearny Mesa on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and is looking for a consistent mid-day schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about programs and services

  • Manage member check-ins and appointment scheduling

  • Maintain and update member records in the system

  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed

  • Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

  • Handle member concerns or direct them to the appropriate department


Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Comfortable using basic office software and databases

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional


Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 10:00am- 2:00pm PST


Position Details:

  • Contract to hire opportunity

  • Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE)
