Now Hiring: Recruiter in San Diego, CA

We’re seeking a dedicated Recruiter to assist our non-profit client and support hiring across all levels, from entry-level to executive roles. This is a fully onsite position in beautiful San Diego, working with a mission-driven non-profit organization focused on community impact. You’ll help build a values-aligned workforce while occasionally supporting HR functions.

Location: San Diego, CA (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Range: $28–$35/hour (Based on Experience)
Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
  • Assist with onboarding and support select HR functions
  • Maintain compliance and accurate documentation throughout the hiring process

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with ADP or similar ATS
  • Experience recruiting across multiple levels and departments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with HR practices is a plus
  • Passion for nonprofit work and community service
