LHH is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Senior Accountant who enjoys owning the details while also contributing to continuous improvement across the accounting function. This role is well‑suited for a hands‑on accounting professional who is comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment and values accuracy, accountability, and strong documentation. This is a hybrid position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activity, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and timely

• Play a key role in the monthly and year‑end close, including preparing journal entries, accruals, deferred revenue schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank and credit card reconciliations

• Support accounts receivable activities, including cash application, tracking credit memos, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with collections efforts

• Prepare internal financial reports and assist with budgeting and monthly budget‑to‑actual variance analysis

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within accounting processes

• Assist with year-audit requests as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
