Temporary Billing Customer Support Specialist (3-Month Contract) – Poway, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team on a 3-month temporary contract in Poway, CA. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting customers with billing inquiries.



Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions regarding billing statements, payments, and account details via phone and email

  • Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices and accounts in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide clear explanations of billing processes and policies to customers

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain billing records within internal systems

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and proper resolution of issues

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support, billing, or related administrative roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with billing software is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a contract role


Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am – 5:00pm PST
