LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for a Branch Services Rep in San Francisco, CA. This position is full-time and fully onsite. Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour. DOE Branch Services Representative Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
Gathers information from Members to complete membership and loan applications/funding, reviewing and collecting necessary documentation.
Addresses Member inquiries, issues, and feedback, providing accurate responses.
Promotes and matches suitable products and services to fulfill the financial needs of Members.
Performs file maintenance on various account types and member profiles. Assists in conducting operational audits.
Delivers outstanding service to all Members, volunteers, as well as internal and external partners.
Actively engages in branch, departmental, and organizational meetings.
Ensures the security of member and organizational information, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Effectively communicates information both orally and in writing.
Efficiently carries out teller transactions and regularly reconciles all cash entities.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a teller in a banking or credit union setting (highly preferred).
Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record.
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and member requests.
Detail-oriented and adept at processing transactions accurately.
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
