LHH is actively seeking a motivated, independent, and highly organized self-starter to help collect, analyze, and coordinate customer meetings on behalf for one of our top clients in tech! This role will orchestrate high-impact customer engagements, deliver data-driven insights that shape our customer strategy, strengthen operational processes and systems, and collaborate broadly across the company. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
This will be a long term contract opportunity with our client and will be hybrid to their San Fran or Seattle office.
Customer Engagement Coordinator (Office of the CMO)
The Customer Engagement Team connects our CMO with high-value customer interactions that drive strategic impact across the company. We build the strategic framework for customer touchpoints and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success, Executive Programs, and Public Relations to identify the opportunities that maximize customer reach and executive time.
We are a highly agile, cross-functional team that navigates seamlessly across the organization—consolidating requests, mapping relationships, and coordinating engagements across 1:1 meetings, leadership summits, major events, and sales programs to ensure every interaction with our CMO is meaningful and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement Operations
Vet, prioritize, and manage incoming CMO meeting requests from CRM systems, email, and Slack.
Support the FY27 CMO customer engagement strategy by helping to build structure, processes, and key initiatives within the Office of the CMO.
Manage the full operational lifecycle for customer engagements, including intake, approvals, briefing preparation, debriefs, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment on invite lists, agendas, logistics, and seating charts for meetings and events.
Draft customer-facing follow-up communications and consolidate action items post-meeting or event.
Systems, Process & Documentation Management
Maintain shared systems and content repositories, including prep document folders, event templates, media archives, and the CMO customer engagement calendar.
Track Sales and Marketing metrics to inform meeting and event strategy.
Maintain and update Tableau dashboards and internal reports.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong program management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communications.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
Experience in executive engagement, executive communications, or sales strategy/programs is a plus.
Pay Details: $55.00 to $62.00 per hour
