LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a San Francisco client with a Direct Hire placement for an HRIS Manager with the Oracle certification.
Overview:
The HRIS Manager leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to improve organizational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. This role collaborates across departments including HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance, and manages vendor relationships and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and management of HCM systems, with experience in Oracle.
- Serve as project manager for system implementations, including data migration, configuration, and testing
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and system workflows
- Ensure system governance, security, and compliance
- Utilize reporting tools and analytics to generate HR insights and dashboards
- Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance HR service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee budgeting and licensing
- Drive change management strategies and user adoption
- Provide training and support to HR teams and business users
- Supervise HRIS team members and promote continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HRIS experience, including 2-3 years in Oracle HCM implementation and management
- Recent experience in team or staff supervision
- Strong background in data security, integration, and business intelligence
- Certifications for Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proven ability to articulate best practices and deliver training programs
This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on experience in HR technology implementations and a commitment to driving innovation and operational excellence.
Salary Range: $150k-$170K
