LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to track financial performance, assist with the annual budget process, prepare financial reports, and analyze business performance to create forecasts and make strategic recommendations to leaders. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of FP&A experience, exceptional analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This direct hire role offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite in San Francsico, CA. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative company that values learning, collaboration, and community. The anticipated salary of this role is between $120,000-$140,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with the annual budget process with various cost allocations

· Prepare financial analysis and reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and key metrics reporting

· Update and maintain monthly and quarterly dashboard presentations for leaders

Manage monthly cash flow schedule

· Prepare monthly capital report

· Build and improve financial models

· Analyze business performance and market conditions to make strategic recommendations for business growth

· Perform return on investment calculations for capital projects, RFPs, and acquisitions

· Develop and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

· High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Minimum 4 years of FP&A experience

· Thorough understanding of reporting fundamentals and accounting principles

· Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· ERP experience

· Exceptional analytical skills

· Strong communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
