Epic Systems Analyst / EHR Applications Analyst
San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Contract-to-Hire
LHH has partnered with a healthcare and academic organization in San Francisco to identify an Epic Systems Analyst to support clinical applications and reporting systems. This role will serve as a primary support resource for EHR platforms including axiUm and Epic while working closely with operational and clinical teams.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for clinical systems including axiUm and Epic
Support clinic workflows including scheduling, rotations, fee schedules, and reporting
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security
Troubleshoot application issues and support system maintenance and updates
Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational needs
Analyze and manipulate EHR data using SQL and reporting tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
Assist with the transition from axiUm to Epic including reporting and data alignment
Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting applications or working as a systems analyst
Experience supporting EHR systems such as Epic or axiUm
Strong SQL and data analysis experience
Experience building reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar tools
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Epic reporting tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, or Reporting Workbench
Experience working with healthcare or dental clinical systems
This is an onsite role in San Francisco.
