Title: Workplace Associate
Location: San Francisco Office. Hybrid 4 days onsite, 2 days remote
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-4:30pm The Workplace Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of a dynamic office environment. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and welcoming workspace, while upholding internal policies and procedures.
Pay range: $25-28/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities & Operations:
Assist with office and building maintenance, including space planning, supply inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Respond to internal service requests through a ticketing system, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
Support vendor research and contract submission processes in collaboration with operations staff.
Serve as the main point of contact for facilities-related matters and guest experience.
Promote sustainability initiatives and lead environmentally conscious efforts within the office.
Participate in the Emergency Response Team, including annual safety training and CPR/first aid certification.
Culture & Engagement:
Help coordinate staff events such as team meetings, seasonal gatherings, and celebrations.
Manage conference room bookings and logistics for internal meetings.
Welcome and orient new hires and interns, including training on office protocols and emergency procedures.
Foster a positive experience for both in-office and remote staff.
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Manage office access systems, including visitor registration and security badge setup.
Process invoices and expense reports.
Maintain office supplies and ensure amenities are stocked and accessible.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 1 year of office administration experience, including invoice and expense processing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Team
