We're seeking an experienced Global Trade Compliance Leader to drive international customs and trade operations. If you have a deep understanding of import/export regulations, a passion for process improvement, and a knack for cross-functional collaboration, we want to hear from you!

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Lead global customs and trade compliance strategies

• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance

• Design and manage logistics and brokerage programs

• Monitor and adapt to evolving trade laws and regulations

• Drive automation and efficiency through data and technology

• Lead duty-saving initiatives (FTA, FTZ, duty drawback)

🔹 What You Bring:

• 10+ years in global trade, customs, or compliance

• Expertise in CBP, BIS, OFAC, DDTC regulations

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree + US Customs Broker License

• Experience with GTM systems is a plus
