LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk job opportunity for the corporate office located in San Ramon, CA. This position is in-office 100%! The ideal candidate will have 2 years of accounts payable experience working in a high volume fast-paced environment. The role will be responsible for coding and processing all invoices received for payment, prepare deposits and prepaid deposit entries, perform check clearing and outstanding report daily, maintain payment schedule to pay invoices timely, review expense reports for processing, work with customers to handle any discrepancy or question, and assist on other duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance would be nice to have
  • Strong Accounts Payable experience and General Accounting experience would be a plus
  • Mortgage Industry experience preferred
  • Software experience with SAP Concur and SAGE
  • Solid Data Entry and 10-key skills
  • MS Office Suite Word, Outlook & Excel)
  • Excellent communications (verbal & written)
  • Detailed, reliable, and organized
  • Team player, a positive can -do attitude, and gets work timely

Experience: 2 years of Accounts Payable experience (Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Payable Administrator, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk)
