Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to keep daily operations running smoothly for one of our manufacturing clients in Sandy Springs. This position requires a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative support to executives and department teams, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing meetings.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

  • Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Oversee office supply inventory, equipment needs, and vendor relationships to maintain efficient operations.

  • Organize logistics for meetings and events, including scheduling rooms and arranging catering.

  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems and assist with data entry and recordkeeping.

  • Provide administrative assistance to HR, finance, and project teams as needed.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or office support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting multiple departments or stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Workday, Concur).

  • Customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.



Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
