Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator to support our client-facing teams and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located near Schaumburg, IL.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrative support for account teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to schedule meetings, gather information, and resolve issues.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and internal team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as finance, creative, and operations.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or client support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Details:

  • 100% onsite
  • Pay is $22-$25 an hour, depending on experience
