We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator to support our client-facing teams and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located near Schaumburg, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrative support for account teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to schedule meetings, gather information, and resolve issues.
- Support onboarding of new clients and internal team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as finance, creative, and operations.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or client support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Pay is $22-$25 an hour, depending on experience
