LHH has partnered with an amazing firm looking for their next Litigation Legal Assistant supporting their Litigation department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and supporting attorneys with high-level administrative and litigation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Maintain attorney calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and keep contact databases up to date.
Billing Coordination: Partner with attorneys and billing specialists to manage complex billing processes efficiently.
Client Intake & Records: Oversee new client onboarding and maintain case files using our electronic records management system.
Expense & Travel Support: Manage travel logistics and process expense reimbursements accurately and promptly.
General Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to support the litigation team.
What we're looking for:
3 years of relevant work experience
Experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation, real estate, condemnation matters, and appellate work.
Trial experience is preferred.
Must be familiar with both WA/OR filing.
Knowledge of state, federal, and appellate courts rules and procedures.
Job Details:
Contract: M - F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Hybrid environment
Pay: $30 - $42 per hour

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
