Litigation Legal Assistant – Seattle, WA (hybrid)

Pay: $70K- $90K

LHH is working with a well-established law firm and is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their downtown Seattle office. This role supports a busy litigation practice and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for civil litigation matters

  • File and e-file legal documents with State, Federal, and Appellate courts

  • Maintain both physical and electronic case files

  • Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage calendars, schedule court dates, appointments, and meetings

  • Coordinate with clients, court officials, opposing counsel, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of litigation legal assistant experience

  • Strong knowledge of court filing procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems (e.g., NetDocs, Adobe, DocuSign)

  • Excellent organizational and proofreading skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
