Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a mid-sized, high-volume litigation firm in Seattle seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a heavy trial desk. This role requires someone comfortable managing a large caseload, handling frequent e-filing, and supporting trial preparation in a deadline-driven environment. Experience in general litigation, white collar, employment, business disputes, product liability, aeronautics, or defense-side personal injury is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support a heavy trial desk managing a high volume of active cases
- Draft, revise, and finalize pleadings and other legal documents, including frequent e-filing in WA state, federal, and appellate courts
- Maintain attorney calendars, docket litigation deadlines, and schedule depositions, hearings, and related events
- Communicate with clients and third parties, coordinate travel, and assist with billing and time entry
- Provide administrative and executive-level support while assisting attorneys through all phases of trial preparation
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of litigation Legal Assistant experience in a mid-sized or large firm, including support of a heavy trial desk
- Strong e-filing experience in Washington state, federal, and appellate courts
- Excellent calendaring and docketing skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to complete a background check and skills testing (typing, Word proficiency, etc.)

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
