Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: Hybrid: First 60 days in-office for training, then 3 days-in office and 2 days remote
Salary: $70,000-$110,000 DOE

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Litigation Paralegal for our client in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of litigation experience, have an interest in learning labor and employment law, and possess proficiency in e-Discovery.
Responsibilities:
Manage case preparation and support, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
Conduct legal research and analysis
Prepare and file court documents electronically in accordance with court rules
Assist with trial preparation
Facilitate the collection, processing, review, and production of e-Discovery
Coordinate and manage the scheduling and deadlines for all case-related activities
Qualifications:
3+ years of litigation experience
Must have experience e-filing in Oregon, Washington, and Federal Courts
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
Experience with e-Discovery
