Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: Hybrid/remote after 30-day onsite training
Salary: $90,000-$120,000

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Seattle law firm to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to support complex litigation matters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage litigation cases, deadlines, and workflows from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research, cite-check, and prepare court filings
Assist with discovery, including document review and deposition prep
Organize and manage large document productions using Relativity or similar tools
Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and logistics
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and co-counsel to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in class action or federal court matters
Strong research, writing, and cite-checking skills (Westlaw, Lexis+, The Bluebook)
Experience with e-discovery platforms (Relativity preferred) and document review
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
