Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage and track fixed assets, including depreciation and disposals.
- Support the accounting team by assisting with complex transactions and problem-solving.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
- Temporary for six months.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Hybrid in Seattle, WA.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
