Senior Tax Administrator / Tax Preparer
Location: Downtown Seattle, WA (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time


We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Administrator / Tax Preparer to support day-to-day tax preparation and administrative functions in a fast-paced, professional office environment. This role is fully onsite in downtown Seattle and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and hands-on tax experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (federal, state, and local)

  • Gather, organize, and verify client tax documents and financial information

  • Assist with tax filings, extensions, and supporting schedules

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines

  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve tax-related questions

  • Provide administrative support including document management, client intake, and audit readiness

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax administration

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax requirements

  • Experience with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Professional communication skills and client-facing experience

  • Prior public accounting or tax firm experience strongly preferred

Work Environment:

  • Fully onsite role based in downtown Seattle

  • Collaborative, professional office setting

  • High-volume, deadline-driven work environment during peak tax periods



Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.53 per hour
